The website does not use traffic-measurement tools (such as Google Analytics), does not place tracking cookies, and has no newsletter sign-up. We do not collect health data through the website — any health data is collected exclusively through the printed or digital Health Information & Participation Consent Form, which is governed by its own, separate GDPR notice.

Messages from the contact form are sent directly to the business email info@aurabalance.gr. No third-party storage system (CRM, spreadsheet, or similar tool) is used. Your data is not transferred, sold, or rented to third parties, except where required by law.
5. How Long We Keep Your Data
- If no collaboration follows: your details are kept for up to 12 months from the last contact, then deleted.
- If a collaboration follows: your details are kept for as long as required for the contract and any related tax/accounting obligations under Greek law.
